MEET JAY DEJESUS

Jay De Jesus is a young choreographer, aspiring to establish his own
style of the craft. He started out by joining the Las Vegas based team, Meccamee, and has expanded his knowledge since then. He is the team's captain, enhancing tentativness and ensuring retention is on point. Being one of the lead choreographers for the team, his pieces have been featured in shows and competitions such as Battlefest Vegas, Boogie Wars, Set It Off, and Culture Shock's Takin' It To The Streets. He is the Special Events Coord for *Groove Community Dance and has taught classes at Studio 702 numerous times. Lately, he has been co-training and mentoring Meccamee's new junior team, the Rascals. Jay is a highly disciplined, motivated dancer who wishes to share his knowledge and experience with other dancers in hopes to elevate their love for dance as well. Jay has been in the US Army since 2004 and will commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in August 2008. He attends the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a senior and will get his degree in Management Information Systems in August of 2008.

MEET MYKE DIZON
Myke D comes from Seattle, Wa. where he was heavily involved in the dance scene there. He was a part of 4 different dance team while going to college. He eventually made the move down to LA and began pursuing his dream of being a professional dancer. Myke D is now working with many artist and travelling around the world doing what he loves to do and is truly blessed. He's excited to teach his 3rd BZ Community Class! Myke D loves BZ!!!!!!!!!

MEET ELM PIZARRO
Elm Pizarro is an accomplished choreographer and teacher whose unique personal dance style has been described as smooth, hard hitting, and groovy. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Elm's dance background includes founding and leading several dance companies, performing a multitude of times for audiences in the thousands, and teaching hip hop all over the United States, in Canada, London, Norway and soon Denmark, Amsterdam and Germany.

In addition, Elm is most popular for creating www.boogiezone.com - YOUR online dance community which is an emerging internet dance website which currently has over 14,200 members worldwide. Join for Free.

He is also the Founder and creative director of "Breed - Adult Exhibition Dance Company" (EST. 2003) and Co – Founder of "Offspring - Junior Exhibition Dance Company" (EST. 2008) which as physical extensions of Boogiezone help to spread the Boogiezone philosophy of "Community" as members of these groups are made up of directors and members of several other competitive dance groups.

Over the years Breed has gained quite a reputation within the community as an exhibition company which continues to push the limits of concept and theming for stage shows. This past August 2007, Breed starred in their first full fledged theatrical dance production entitled "EVE - Dawn of a New Horizon" otherwise known as the largest collaborative dance project ever organized.

Elm is also the creator of The Boogiezone Community Class which is recognized worldwide for offering some of the best hip hop and contemporary instruction - as taught by up and coming and industry choreographers to the stars. Elm’s life mission is to inspire others through dance, by utilizing Boogiezone as a vehicle for expanding his reach. He promises to help bridge dancers to their dreams by sharing his love with as many around the globe. Especially those who do not have dance readily accessible. He enjoys meeting people from all over the world and hopes to continue serving as a positive role model for the dance community and industry at large.
